Execz Executive Placements & Human Resources – a leading Transnational Recruitment and Human Resources Company in Africa is looking for a junior recruitment consultant /recruitment consultant to join its West Rand (Roodepoort) team to manage national and international clients.
The successful applicant will typically be a highly driven and A-player that will work long hours and build a successful track record.
Requirements:
Self-starter, Outgoing and Spontaneous Extrovert, Driven, success-orientated A-Type personality.
Matric with at least 2 years working experience.
An additional qualification, i.e. Certification, Diploma and/or degree in Human Resources will be an advantage.
At least 24 years old with a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection preferable.
Must not be bound to a restraint of trade agreement.
The company will provide basic training and support within the first three months probationary period.
Remuneration:
A basic entry-level salary of between R4000 and R5000 per month, depending on experience, is offered with very high and lucrative commissions. The successful incumbent will determine his/her own income.

- B-degree in HR or Behavioural Sciences
- Minimum of 4-6 years HRC experience
Expertise required:
- Implement people processes, improve HR processes, practices & systems to achieve enhanced effectiveness & efficiency
- Proactively educating employees & line management on HR processes
- Functional HR Analytics
- Proficient level of Talent Management skills
- Change Management & HR value chain
- Advanced understanding of HR legislation & policies
