Remuneration:

R109200 CTC per annum.

Requirements:

The JSM will report directly to the SSM.

Age level:  Enthusiastic school leavers – 32 years of age

The applicant should preferably have Management experience.

Experience in the retail industry, minimum requirement.

MS Office (Excel & Word)

Must understand basic financial principles (ie. Margin calculation)

-          Fuel ordering

-          Fuel delivery Procedures

-          Store room-manage neatness & stock rotation

-          Cleanliness of premises

-          Staff neatness

-          Dealing with customer complaints/enquiries

-          Dealing with supplier Representatives

-          Compliance with Franchisor promotions

-          Compliance with Company & Franchisor Code of Conduct & minimum operating standards

Personnel Management:

-          Will take responsibility in the absence of the Senior Manager

-          Assist with wage calculations & recording

-          Assist with time table

-          Assist with the Internal disciplinary enquiries

-          Register of staff attendance

-          General Management

-          Assist with staff files

-          Assist with recruitment & appointment

-          Training & service standards

Financial Management:

-          Execute shift change procedures as per the required format & methodology of the company

-          End of shift & end of day balancing

-          Logging of information on the company’s Daily MS Excel program

-          Interpreting various reports

-          GRV of all invoices delivered

-          Filing & reconciling of Debtors

-          Margin Management
