Call Centre Agent: Bruma Johannesburg - International Car-rental agency

Location:
Bruma (East of Johannesburg CBD)


Duration: Permanent


Remuneration:
R 6 000 - R 8 000

Type of Business:
International car rental company with 120 branches including Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.


Job Purpose:
- Resolving customer queries
- Investigate queries and demine resources required
- Request feedback and or documents from resources
- Log all progress made with query
- Sending out emails to clients
- Ensuring that quality standards are met at all times
- Meeting CSI standards (90%)
- Attend monthly meeting
Requirements:

- Matric
- Able to speak proficiently in both English and Afrikaans
- 2- 3 Years Call Centre experience dealing with external and internal clients
- Drivers license and own reliable transport
- Willing to work shifts
- Excellent listening skills
- Computer literate on MS Office
- Travel agency experience (advantage)
- Excellent documentation, organization, and project management skills
