A dynamic and innovative Broadcasting / Media company is currently looking for a Digital Innovator.
The Digital Innovation role is aimed at raising the bar on the way in which Radio Stations work in the digital environment. The role requires an ongoing immersion in digital trends with a view to identifying possible projects that can be deployed in the environment. The role requires a strong focus on actual experimentation and the deployment of test projects in order to drive learning and accelerate the innovation cycle.
This role coordinates with the development teams, the on-line teams, marketing managers, social network
disciplines, project management, IT (including 3rd party businesses) and station / programme managers to
ensure that the needs of the listener are met on digital platforms
Qualifications
-
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or similar.

KEY OUTPUTS
· Identifying and formulating new and innovative digital projects that align with the client

To lead the development and implementation of strategies and technologies for EWN digital properties.
Work at the inter-section of a variety of disciplines these are primarily, but not exclusively, news editorial, user
experience, visual design and developer.
The role requires an understanding of all these areas and the ability to harness competencies to deliver leading
digital experiences for EWN users.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 4 years reporting experience in a product management environment with experience in leading the evolution of digital assets in line with improving user experiences and outcomes.
